Terms of Service

Unmerge currently provides local image storage, interactive vector demos, and downloadable layer files. AI processing, user accounts, and payments are not open in this release.

1. Using this release

You may explore the provided demos and export their files for evaluation and editing. Only select images you have permission to use. Your own images are stored locally and do not receive automated layer separation in this release.

2. Demos and exported files

The samples are authored illustrations, not AI model results. Exported PSD files contain raster layers, not the original editable source objects, text, fonts, or effects. They demonstrate the layer workflow and should not be treated as evidence of future AI processing quality.

3. Local projects

Projects are saved in browser storage on your device. There is no cloud backup or account sync. Browser cleanup, private sessions, and storage limits can remove or prevent local saves. You can keep exported files outside the browser.

4. Payments and processing

No purchase can be completed, no payment information is collected, and no credits are charged in this release. Processing limits, pricing, result retention, and supplier information will be published before those services open.

5. Changes and availability

The website may change as image processing is introduced. Terms that apply to a paid service will be presented before a purchase. A future policy change does not authorize processing images already stored locally on your device.
